Privacy Policy

GetBooked (operated by Sales Boss Consulting Group, LLC, doing business as WhoHire — “we,” “us”) is a platform that health and fitness coaches use to generate projection reports for their prospective clients and to follow up with those prospects by email and text. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it. It covers both audiences we serve: prospects (you ran a projection on a coach's site) and coaches (you subscribe to the platform).

If you are a prospect

You reached us through a coach's own page (for example theircoachname.booked.coach). That coach is who you are dealing with; we process your information on their behalf to produce your report and run their follow-up. When you request a projection we collect:

  • The photo you upload. It is processed by an AI image model (Google Gemini) to generate your projection frames, and it is stored securely with your report so your starting point can appear alongside your projection. It lives in a private storage bucket, is served only through short-lived signed links, and is visible to you and to your coach — never made public and never used to train models or for any other purpose.
  • Body statistics you enter — sex, age, height, weight, and body-fat estimate — used to compute the projection.
  • Contact details — name, email, phone if you provide it, and company on business offers — used to deliver your report and, with your agreement at the form, to follow up about it by email and text.
  • Messages and activity — the emails and texts exchanged with your coach, which ad brought you, and your progress through the report flow — so your coach has the context of your conversation.

Texting. Texts come from a number issued to your coach. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts immediately; every email carries an unsubscribe link. Doing either does not delete your report.

What we never do with prospect data: we do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone other than your coach and the service providers below. Your projection is a mathematical model, not medical advice, and we make no health claims from your data.

If you are a coach

  • Account and brand — your name, business name, email, website, logo, brand colors, and social handles, used to build your funnel and creative. If you give us your website, we may look up your public brand assets (via Brandfetch) to prefill these; you can change anything it finds.
  • Billing— handled by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we store only Stripe's references and your subscription state.
  • Your likeness and voice— if you record a video avatar, that footage is processed (via HeyGen) to create a digital avatar and voice clone used solely to generate the follow-up videos your account sends. You approve it before it sends anything, you can re-record or remove it at any time, and it never says words that don't come from your own report data.
  • Your prospects' data is yours. You can export every lead at any time. If you leave, you take your leads with you.

Service providers we rely on

We use a small set of processors, each only for the job named: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google Gemini (AI image and text generation), Twilio (text messaging), Resend (email delivery), HeyGen (coach avatar and voice generation), and Brandfetch (public brand lookups). Each receives only what its job requires.

Retention and deletion

Prospect reports, photos, and message history are kept while the coach's account is active, because the report link is durable and the conversation belongs to the coach's relationship with you. To have your photo, report, or entire record deleted, ask your coach or email us directly at jon@whohire.com — we honor deletion requests from prospects without requiring the coach's involvement. Coach accounts and their data are deleted on request after closure, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Age

The service is for adults. Projections require confirming you are 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, stored with row-level access controls, and photos and renders are served only through expiring signed links. No system is perfectly secure, but access is limited to what each party — you, your coach, our operations — needs.

Changes and contact
