Terms of Service

Effective August 4, 2026

These terms govern use of GetBooked (operated by Sales Boss Consulting Group, LLC, doing business as WhoHire — “we,” “us”), a demand-generation platform for health and fitness coaches. By creating an account or using a report generated on the platform, you agree to them.

1 · What the platform is

GetBooked gives a coach a branded funnel that turns a prospect's photo and statistics into an AI-generated 24-month projection report, plus automated email and text follow-up, ad creative, and a simple CRM. Projections are mathematical models built from published fat-loss and muscle-gain rates. They are illustrations, not medical advice, and not a promise of any individual result.

2 · Prospects

  • You must be 18 or older and upload only a photo of yourself.
  • Requesting a projection means agreeing that the coach may contact you about it by email and text. Reply STOP to any text or use any email's unsubscribe link to stop; this is honored immediately.
  • Your report is personal to you. Consult a physician before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

3 · Coach subscriptions and usage

  • The Launch plan is $297/month, month-to-month, including 40 prospect reports and 10 ad statics per month. Monthly allowances reset on the 1st and do not roll over.
  • Beyond the included reports: prepaid report credits never expire and are consumed after the monthly allowance; optional auto-refill bills overage reports at $7 each up to the monthly budget you set. Video batches (for example 6 spots for $149) are one-off purchases, confirmed before charge.
  • Cancel any time; service runs to the end of the paid period. Your ad accounts, creative, pixel data, and every lead remain yours — exportable at any time. We never manage or spend your advertising budget.
  • If payment fails we notify you and, after a grace period of about 7 days, pause new projections until payment resumes. Nothing is deleted by pausing.

4 · The guarantees, precisely

Booking guarantee:complete the guided setup and keep an active ad campaign pointed at your funnel; if your calendar has not received 20 booked consults by day 60, we keep the engine running at our cost — no platform fee and no report charges — for up to 30 additional days. It covers our deliverable (booked appointments on your calendar), never your clients' body, revenue, or income results. Fit guarantee:if your service isn't a visible physical transformation and the platform can't work for you, tell us within your first 30 days for a full refund of the seat.

5 · Texting and email rules

  • Each coach sends from a number issued to their workspace, registered under our messaging campaign. Prospect messages are sent only to people who requested a projection and were told they'd be contacted; STOP and unsubscribe are honored platform-wide and coaches may not circumvent them.
  • Coaches must give us accurate business details (legal name, reply-to, mailing address) — these appear in email footers as the law requires.

6 · Your likeness, your creative

Recording a video avatar grants us a limited license to process your footage and voice solely to generate the follow-up videos your own account sends. You approve the avatar before first use and can re-record or remove it any time; removal stops future generation. Ad creative we generate for you is yours to run anywhere. We screen generated creative against advertising-platform policies to reduce rejections; screening is not a guarantee — ad platforms make their own decisions, and you are responsible for the claims in anything you write yourself and choose to run.

7 · Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no messaging people who never opted in, no uploading photos of anyone but yourself (prospects) or content you lack rights to (coaches), no health, earnings, or before/after claims that violate advertising rules, and no reselling platform access. We may suspend accounts that put the shared infrastructure — our sending reputation above all — at risk, and will say why.

8 · Liability

The platform is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or the acts of the coaches and prospects who use the platform with you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9 · General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stand. We may update these terms; material changes to coach obligations are announced by email and apply from your next billing period. Continued use is acceptance.
